Challenge
The National Parks Conservation Association is looking to establish a new US region (New York, New Jersey and New England) under new leadership and a new regional team, all brought in from outside the organization. The team is chartered with forging a direction and goals for the region, support the national-level agenda and integrate/coordinate its priorities and activities with national leaders and offices. Change Events, Inc. is asked to lead an organization development initiative that will help to successfully launch the new regional team and create the linkages, relationships, understandings and agreements that will dive both regional and national success.
