Challenge
Leaders of the United Kingdom's North America network of visa-issuing posts (United States, Canada and the Caribbean) recognized the need to greater align decision and business processes across the network and prepare for significant process, policy and organisational changes on the horizon (the introduction of biometrics and a new points-based visa-decision system). Change Events, Inc. is asked to lead an organisation development initiative to help the North America network create the connections, learning and solutions needed to improve organisational capability and drive successful change.
