The company has just repositioned its marketing organization, consolidated operations to the US west coast and brought in many new people. The organization faced historic opportunities to actualize a stronger consumer focus, align systems and processes to support operational excellence and establish an organizational focus on Marketing and Innovation. Change Events, Inc. is asked to help establish a vision across the organization, unite and connect people to each other and the company and develop greater organizational capability.
